We're looking for a Senior Full Stack to help us grow our development teams' capabilities , an experienced, decision-making, motivated, innovative, team player with a passion for technology and who has the will to understand and contribute to product and business decisions.
You'll lead and mentor our development teams and play a key role in taking our platform to the next level!
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibility and ownership of R&D deliveries; Creating high-quality software solutions on tight schedules.
Design, develop, test and maintain high performance applications.
Design solutions, set technical direction and quality standards, hands-on guide implementation.
Scaling our platform, building and improving APIs.
Work with relational and non-relational databases and create advanced data models and pipelines.
Implement and build new front end packages, modules and reusable components.
Build new components from scratch and improve existing ones.
Create an extraordinary UX with the best performance.
Define the R&D team growth plan and strategy
Your contribution will have a great impact on the company's business
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Java, working with Spring Boot.
At least 2 years of experience in JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5.
At least 2 years of experience using React.js.
Experience with AWS - Must
An experienced manager- You have at least 2 years of experience in managing and scaling R&D teams.
Passionate about UI/UX and have an excellent understanding of frontend development and best practices.
A true team player, with great interpersonal and communications skills.
